Things like text autocomplete, A way better dictionary with a way to edit it, something on the home screen (like upcoming calender events), voice dialing, and even a password manager in the browser need to be in webOS yesterday. As awesome as the OS and Idea of it is, I feel like I am beta testing it until the 2.0 release. I bought a Pre on day one, and I think it is an awesome implementation of a smartphone OS. And like Ubuntu has over releases, I think the core OS can seriously cut the fat and get way faster over time.
I think Palm really just needs to get their marketing act together. I slick, well constructed 4g phone would be awesome.
Does that Android Engadget app only work on the myTouch, or the myTouch 1.6, or the Dream with 2.1 or the Droid with Sense?
