crazy contoured back this time around, but otherwise, HTC's so-called
Incredible for Verizon is looking as real and ready for action as it ever has in these latest shots leaked over at
Phandroid. It's hard to say whether these crimson bits are going to make it to production -- they seem a little too spectacular for a high-end device that Verizon will want to appeal to the masses, but then again, red
is Verizon's color, so who knows? We've seen from countless prototypes in the past (Moto's
Morrison comes immediately to mind) that they're often given special colors, presumably to identify bandits trying to expose them as anonymously as possible -- and we're tentatively going to say we dig it here.
AT&T's gone wacky on us in the past, but is Verizon hip enough to ship a phone this edgy? Release rumors span from March to May at this point, so we'll know within the next couple months what's what.

AT&T is pretty content just having the iPhone all to themselves.
doesn't seem to really resemble the video that was put out a few months ago. That earpiece is clearly black here...

But really Verizon did you have to give this thing some cheap ass funky backplate and red buttons. It reminds me of the Chocolate Touch. You could have had a winner here but you screwed it up just like you did with the Omnia by making it thicker and giving it a reflective red back.

Ohh when I was talking about it beeing thicker and having a reflective backplate I was referring to the Omnia 2 that verizon offers. I was actually referring to the Omnia 2 when I said they made it thicker and gave it a reflective backplate. Verizon has a habit of fucking up there phones not internally anymore but cosmetically.

That red looks bad.....FAIL!!!
I don't like it one bit... too much dead space on the part below the screen. And the red accents make it look cheap (which seems to be the goal with HTC's Android phones)
I just hope that the back isn't like the one that we saw previously... PLEASE BE BLACK!!!! PLEASE HTC
