Since you already have a nice, fairly portable laptop you probably don't need much. I'm not big on netbooks, but a little Atom w/ Ion or CULV 11.6" machine might do it for you. On the other hand, for a bit more you can have very nice build quality and a proper ULV dual core CPU with a 1.2Ghz HP 2530p. Tiger has the KS033UT configuration for $600, though you might do better with a refurb.
There's no 3G out of the box, but I'm pretty sure it's upgradeable.
