@Ferrex I doubt they will have a lead with fermi, marginable performance increase in overall performance for more money (ATi can drop prices with ease on 5xxx, nvidia not so much) and quite a bit more power consumption and heat.
Along with overclocking might not go that far with air.

nvidia don't have any lead, price/performance and performance at any price are both in ATI's hands right now.
