Ok, that was fast. We just told you about the audio recording issue with the version 2.0.3 EOS 5D Mark II firmware yesterday and already we have a 2.0.4 release in Japan. Expect this fix of a fix for a fix to go global on the quick and give you that 29.97 FPS and 23.976 FPS 1080p recording you so specifically crave.Update: And it's live for US users too.
29.97 FPS AND 23.976 FPS does sound better than what was there. ;)
Nice Canon. Might I also say that you are doing an awesome job with these cameras. Now it only Nikon would get it's head out of a hole and put some real video on their HDSLRs.

@Faceless Troll: Awww. I can afford it and would like one (not for the video, for the great full-frame sensor), I just wish they could make it a touch smaller and lighter. (And yes, I know that being a full-frame camera is part of what makes it that big... but surely they could shave a bit off somehow...)

Canon: Please give us manual audio level control on the 7D too!
