HTC Desire confirmed for March 29 launch on T-Mobile UK

Whatever you've got scheduled for this coming Monday, make sure to leave a slot to visit your nearest T-Mobile store. The UK Deutsche Telekom representative has now officially confirmed that the Desire will be landing in its stores on March 29, supplementing the already available online and telephone ordering availability that comes with a 7-day delivery time. If our time-space telemetry is correct, that means at this point you're probably better off trying to grab one in store than putting your smartphone destiny in the gruff hands of your local delivery man. Check out the price plans for this handset below -- there are a couple of surprisingly affordable options that include 3GB of 3G allowance per month.

All of the options should include 3GB of 3G allowance, it's automatic with their Android handsets. That frees up the Flexible Booster to be spent on something else.

Probably, but T-Mobile US is always a little slow to get the ball rolling so by the time we get the phone in the states the EVO 4G and the new Iphone will be out and T-Mobile would have missed its chance against to snag some new subscribers.

Ordered mine yesterday through mobilephonesdirect.com

Free phone, £30 a month for 600 mins, 500 texts 1gb data (i think as it's not direct through T-mo).

Can't wait. Just hope it won't take much longer than ordering through T-mo.

Ordered through t-mobile phone sales a couple of days ago. If your still running a 12 month contract like I am (not available anymore) you can actually pursuade them to give it to you for free, ignore them when they say they can't do it, they can on a £30 a month 12 month deal at least.
