@Johnny Rockets stop lying... it only switches the sense home app to launcher (vanilla) home app.. the rosie framework (great but battery drainer), sense apps, interface (elsewhere), etc is still there...... only way to go true vanilla is root

You can do that without rooting. Just go into Applications -> HTC Sense and click Clear Defaults.
Boom. Done.
