Verizon's Droid Incredible pre-order page is live, delivery on April 29th
Hey -- there it is! The Droid Incredible can be yours right now! Well, you can pre-order it on Verizon's site, anyway, and they're listing April 29th as the delivery date. The phone is $199 on contract, so if you can't wait to get ahold of this 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED, 1GHz Snapdragon-boasting beauty, well, hit up the source link.

cool phone but i want the EVO!!!
wtf kind of port is that on the side of the phone? Certainly not a mini usb...
@B3astofthe3ast I have no idea http://www.laptopmag.com/review/newgallery.aspx?id=41618&img=4
Sprint's service is not superior to Verizon's well at least in Seattle...
EVO is a nice phone with a big screen coming from a HTC touch HD user...so its a definite plus but the differences are pretty small between Nexus and Incredible. Though Sprint has cheaper contracts than Verizon or ATT but far less than stellar service areas and reception! And their 3G is not as fast...
4G is gonna be provided by Clear which is the crappiest ISP around here...
I was on T-mobil with horrible reception everywhere my girlfriend's Sprint Hero beat me by reception.
Now I am on Verizon and I have service technically anywhere I go with 3G always on my Pre, while Hero doesn't...
Though I will be making a switch to Incredible since Palm's build quality issues been bugging me and I am a big HTC support since their first smartphones!
@LeonardWashington I'm in seattle and get 1.2 mbps download speeds on t mobile. Guess you were doing it wrong.
@stabbytheicepic Speed ≠ reception
@stabbytheicepic
Verizon is faster... I had a 3G Bold sitting right next to Verizon 3G pre and umm Pre rendered a web page while Bold had to be refreshed to open the page hence it timed out... I dunno it could be hardware related too, but service has to do something with it!
I also got zero to 1 bar of reception on Tmob and have 5 bars now on Verizon. And zero to 1 bars was with plenty of phones such as touch hd, nokia n95, G1, numerous bbs and iphones...
I love Tmobile but Verizon did it for me with better service, and same monthly payment since discount
Just ordered mine on the Verizon website. I opted for the 1 year contract and paid an extra $70 ($269). Can't wait til the 29th!
I do not have a smartphone but This phone is just INCREDIBLE :) !!!
just preordered! can't wait for 4/29!
looks like this will not have a sdcard included.
What's the heck is the point of a pre-order?
Do you get a discount? Or does it come with anything extra?
Why would you buy something without messing around with it in person first? (which is probably by the N1 turned into such a failure)
This might be a cool phone and all, but do people really think that this is going to sell-out?
@Hazdaz Most people who are pre-ordering have used Android before. I was going to purchase the CDMA Nexus one But it doesn't seem to be coming out anytime soon.
Online ordering/BestBuy ordering has advantages. One is the $100 instant off, while in a VZW store you will have to do a mail in rebate, and Verizon will give you a debit card not a check.
Pre-Ordering also gives Verizon a chance to see how much hype the phone will have, so they can keep the phones in stock as best as possible.
Incredible use of commas... 7 in only 3 sentences!
I just ordered mine today w/ the 1 yr contract $229.00. That's a $30 difference w/ the 2yr contract. ETF is $350 !!!!! After a yr i'm sure a cooler phone will come and then I could sell this to get the new one. WOOOooooooooooooo Hoooooooooooooo I can't wait.
