I stopped into the BB Magnolia store in Akron, Ohio today to ask them when they thought they would have some of the new VT25 models. When their answer was "They just showed up in the warehouse" my response was "One, 54" model, please".
They gave me a scheduled delivery date of April 26. I do not have a confirmation of that delivery appointment yet.
I would believe that date! The 54" got displayed at my local BB Magnolia last Wednesday. The 58" and 65" sizes are also available to order, about 3 weeks out on delivery.
Yes the date was correct, it got delivered at 9:30am on the 26th! Setup was a snap, it took longer to find the overscan settings in the ATI video drivers on my HTPC than the entire rest of the setup. ;)
Picture is beautiful, now just have to see about getting some 3D content...
