Droid Incredible torn down to its constituent elements, reassembled in a flash (video)
Now here's an innovative concept -- instead of doing separate videos for an unboxing and a disassembly of the Droid Incredible, why not combine them into one? And while you're at it, turn that into a stop-motion animation and include well timed sound effects for comedic relief. Make sure to include intimate closeups of the Incredible's spectacularly red innards, then finish off with a sped-up reconstruction and reboot of the handsome Nexus One killer. Got all that? Good, now drop the video after the break and let the people enjoy it.

Anyone else noticed weird 3G network fluctuations ?
@HellFlyer
Yea, I get almost no 3G coverage, and my signal strength is consistently between -90 and -100 db, be it at work or at home. According to Verizon I should be totally covered with 3Gness. Giving this a few weeks, and if it's not any better, it's going back and I'm getting a Pre for dirt cheap.
If that little gold plate at 2:03 is the antenna, I can see why the signal sucks so much... looks like one of those cheapo "signal boosters" they used to sell that you stick on the back of your Nokia bar phone.
@HellFlyer
Mine has been pretty consistent. Though I do seem to have trouble hearing people calling from land line phones. Weird delay like everyone is on speaker.
The 3G coverage is not so great, the battery lasts about 3/4 of the day if you allow FB, Twitter and Gmail to get their alerts all day, god forbid you turn location on or leave the screen at full brightness.
It does not 'officially' tether to a Mac - PDAnet works most of the time (I do pay for tethering plan with VZW, and it works with the VZ pc software).
Overall, about 60% I will return this within the next 2 days.
Fresh out the box, the battery isn't in the phone...
Any chance of putting up some high resolution photos?
I'm very curious which wireless chip is in there. Did you identify wireless chip? Is it the Broadcom BCM4329EKUBG?
Thanks!
Cheap plastic crap
@Mori Why do you have to bring Heidi Montag into this?
@Mori
Wow, someone is jealous or an extreme fanboy.
Awesome videos, well done!
Nice video. Very well done.
(except for the last 15 seconds)
Wow! That was a funky video.
The fone's nice to.
Wow coool video!!!! thanks
HEY!.. thats a gorgeous phone!
God, I want one so bad. I really hate Verizon for making us wait until the 14th.
soooooo coollll :D
It's incredible how many annoying comments people make by using the word "incredible" to describe anything about this phone
I didn't see the Broadcom chip used in the Nexus One. Did anyone else see it or know if its under the few remaining shields that were not removed? Just curious if we can confirm that its Wireless N capable.
