@zeroinfinity2 Ummm... I read the article, both of them actually. While it does state apps and web content downloading, it mostly talks about iTunes. In fact we both do not know what they base their data on. I would guess that when they say downloading, it must be iTunes downloads, not streaming content. I may be wrong, but you may be wrong too.

If you're not downloading apps or using the web it's no fun to just navigate menus and pay for a mandatory unlimited data plan.
