Ok so this phone has a 1500mAh battery.
But remember the big screen and 4G is going to suck it dry pretty quick.
Charging every day is inevitable.
Still THE best phone out there when it ships.
Why no link to Phandroid?
Or any source link?
Where's this story coming from?
Im buying this over the iphone 4G/HD! Why you ask?
It has a KICKSTAND DUDE !!!
@Dilekz
Wow, a great way to invest in a $2.00 stand
WANT!!
I love my Pre and Web OS, but I've been itching to get the Evo! June can't come fast enough!
so clearly the phone is amazing, but here is my question - how is Sprint service? I am an iPhone owner ready for a change but I'm not going to change one phone that is hamstrung by terrible service for another...is it going to be better to have Incredible w verizon or EVO with Sprint?
@trotter
Hi Trotter, I can't tell you that sprints service is better than VZW, but what I can tell you is that I have been a sprint user since 1999. I am a commercial pilot and fly to small airports in the middle of nowhere all over the soutwest (CA, NV, CO, NM, TX, LA and some others), small airports in BFE. Sprints service has been outstanding. I need coverage for weather and flight updates, so I cannot be left in dead zones. Sprint has delivered and that is why I have been loyal for 11 years. Not to mention, comparable service with VZW is almost twice as much. So, there's my thoughts/opinions on why Sprint is the way to go. Also, you can't deny the EVO is breathtaking. Good luck with your decision, for me it is a clear choice, Sprint.
I don't know if I should give up my HTC incredible for the EVO. I have a month to month contract with verizon so I can cancel anytime. Should I sign a 2 year contract with sprint just to get the EVO? I don't know what to do. I would be giving up the beautiful AMOLED screen but I would be getting the 4'3, 4G (I Live in NYC I don't know when 4G will be avalable) HD Recording ( I wonder if the Incredible could do 720p recording through root access?), Front facing camera- which I might not even use unless my friends have the evo too and they have video chat. Also that little kickstand is convient when watching movies lol but not a biggie. Am I leaving something out, what should I do? I just want that 4'3 screen and the HD recording + 4G. Is it worth it? Any cons?
hdmi output, tethering for up to 8 devices, 8 maga pix camera, snapdragon processor, wow!!!! list goes on and on. move aside apple .. EVO FTW
so if my verizon contract isnt over and i wanna switch to sprint for this phone will spring take care of everything or will i still have to deal with verizon? i know i will pay the remaining months etf.
I want this phone! Seems like it will be really interesting.
