kill me now
i bought one of those games
So, wait, this ISN'T Windows Mobile 7...?
This is some amazing customer support eh? I can't imagine there won't be some sort of suit of this. TMO SHOULD do the right thing and pull this and fix it so that these purchased games aren't lost.
all i have to say fuck T-mobile. Are you fucking kidding me an HTC HD2 for $99.99 i get unlimited everything in the network with the least 3g coverage???? not to mention gsm galore drop calls here in the USA. So how is T-mobile cheaper than sprint??? when sprint is a way better network that benefits from roaming on Verizon.
HD2 plans $79.99 500 minutes unlimited txt,web. Sprint $69.99 450 minutes unlimited minutes to cell phones unlimited web,txt, gps unlimited minutes at 7pm not 9pm like tmobile. I always read forums on how tmobile is so cheap but after researching i have found that is fucking expensive to be the #4 carrier.
@periks19
I have tmobile's 1000 any time minutes for $40 + the $25 Android data plan (with 400 texts): $65 and no silly unlimited evenings.
If you text a lot you are probably getting ripped off no matter the carrier. I suggest google voice so you can get free text messages. And gvmax to make it seamless, though it works best with android phones.
I plan on doing this soon myself, but it hasn't been much of a priority. However now that tmobile offers a $20 android data plan (for 11month+ customers without any texts included) it may be worth it.
You know what would be fucking awesome? If the update included ANDROID :)
Just waiting for a 4.3" device with Android on Tmo... or, upgrade to Win7mo! Hell.
Does this fix the touch-response issue that the leaked ROM has?
Example, finger-panning in Opera 10 is now really jerky as it now takes .5seconds to pick up your finger touch, and then instantly picks up on your finger's release from the screen. This mean scrolling is slow to start, and stops unintentionally.
@NuShrike
The leaked rom is the same as the released rom. Go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=683192 for help with the touch screen responsiveness.
If you do lose a game and have to repurchase it, just call customer care and ask nicely to have your account credited. It's not T-Mobiles fault the software update may do that. Blame the developer.
yes, but anything bought in the marketplace is fine... they show up as ready to install
and it's a much needed update, very stable after the update here... as well was the SPB MOBILE SHELL. that was stable as well as giving the feel of an adroid device with multiple screens, very nice
If you had bought one of the games you could always save the "UPGRADE_GAMENAME.CAB" to your sd card and reinstall after rom update.
