@annoynimous Am i to assume this thing does NOT multitask? it doesnt seem to be able to hold the ear buds and phone at the same time. If so this is the perfect accessory or the iphone... cant wait for the upgrade in 4 years that does both

Back on topic, stands for the iphone are nice. My old case had a built in stand. I missed that when I bought a new case, so I just went to office max and bought a cheap business card holder. Works perfectly.
Put the iphone in a ziploc sandwich bag so it does not get wet and you have a nice little device to use in the kitchen.

ironically, I believe you can get pulled over for using both types of buds, haha.
Pour you type of bud into a coffee mug and ur all set.

@pavelbure I put my iPhone in a ziplock back at the water park. You should see the look on ppl face when I pull it out from my pocket, under water, and answer it. Haha
@SuperModified otterbox makes cases that are waterproof... a bit bulky but safer than a zip lock bag, make them for a lot of phones too

Seems a bit thick and un-pocketable. I went with the Crabble a couple of yeas back when I got my iPod Touch and it's out lived two of those and is now used for my HTC Desire. Fits in my wallet too.

@Tes That was one of the first I looked at but decided against it in the end, I'm a sucker for simplicity. It's only 2 inches long and 1 cm thick, so not huge really.
@alialo I'd definitely buy a kickstand of some sort.
I find myself watching videos through apps like VSnax or YouTube whenever I'm having a meal or don't feel like holding my iPhone anymore.

Seems like iPad users would benefit more from a product like this. But then again, it makes it a little difficult to use if you are trying to accomplish everyday tasks like, oh, say, control a blimp.

More elegant than the business card holder that I used to use, I still recommend the business card holder instead, even though it doesn't have as nice a place to put earbuds.

@Tes Personally it seems "gimmicky" on an otherwise outstanding phone. Seems like something put there for the sole purpose of breaking off.
Nothing against the Evo, I wouldn't buy any phone with one as a "feature"

My Nokia N96 had an equally flimsy looking kickstand. It's been two years and it's still there. It's been retired now and will eventually find it's way onto eBay but it never snapped off. You'll either use it all the time, justifying it's inclusion, or never use it at all, meaning it'll never break off.

My Touch Pro 2 tilts when the keyboard is exposed. It is most definitely not gimmicky. It is a very useful feature that eliminates the use of a dock (when sitting next to the computer) or kickstand (when traveling on bus/train/airplane).
Just because a feature isn't included on the iPhone doesn't mean that said feature is gimmicky or useless.
Love it. A two-cent piece of plastic on sale for $10. Sounds like an iThing accessory all right.

I already bought a black metallic business card holder from the Office Depot, using it as an iPhone stand for $5. But this is cute...
What I want to know is how well it holds iPhones with protective rubber cases which make the phone thicker.

I like how on every article related to the iPhone. The haters come and try to put in there two cents about their evo's and android phones. This is an apple related article and I'm pretty sure that there is articles related to those devices. So take your android and evo comments there and stay off iPhone related stuff and by the way 4g service isn't available everywhere anyway. So go ahead and pay sprint Money for something that is "beta" anyway.
