Apple screenshot confirms iWork coming to iPhone
Well well, what's this? Our pal Stuart Miles at Pocket-lint spotted an interesting detail on one of Apple's iPhone 4 screenshots: an "Open in 'Keynote'" button while viewing an attachment in Mail. It's since been replaced by a shot that reads "Open in 'iBooks'," but it certainly seems like the iWork suite will eventually make it across the iOS range from the iPad. While we're not going to pretend like that's nearly as big a deal as Microsoft integrating Office into Windows Phone 7, it's still a welcome move, as we know more than a few people who'd like to make some work-type edits on the go. Why we didn't get a peek at this today we don't know, but we've got a feeling we'll hear more about it as June 21 gets nearer.

@cc3d if you look at the features list of the new iOS 4 for iPhone, it states that you can now use a bluetooth keyboard with the iPhone. Yipee!
who the hell uses iwork anyways?lol
office FTW!!!!!
I guess this is exciting for iphoners, but as an android users I like that when I get an email attachment and I click on it, I can choose to open it with whatever programs that are installed on my phone. I am sure keynote will be nice, but I like the choices. I really hope the next version of the iphone has a bigger screen. With that nice resolution at lesat a 3.7 inch would have been perfect.
So that screenshot confirms it? It looks to be a render but, not confirmed. If it does become a reality, how useful would iwork be on an iphone?
Compared to the Evo hardware and WebOS, this phone is very disappointing. Combine that with AT&T and it's fail fail for all. I just don't get how anyone thinks this is so great. It's the same phone with trim and flash (pun haha) but no substance. Apple is falling behind and blindness is winning.
@TheVTech I don't know what you're smoking, but iPhone 4 hardware is superior to Evo's on all counts; screen/processor/build quality/image/video quality.
@DoorsnotWindows
Ya OK. The Evo screen is far larger and has outstanding resolution.
The iPhone is the same phone with no real change for the better. Why? because Jobs says it's fine the way it is. Sorry but I like to advance not stay static. I'm not buying in to Jobs view of the world.
@TheVTech sorry to butt in but I have a NEXUS 1 and I must say the evo is not superior. It uses a LCD tft for Pete's sake. It doesn't even have an amoled due to cost and screen size. I will. Pickking up iPhone 4. I'm no troll android and iPhone both have there strong and weak points. But very good.
Wow clearly I'm just not meant to be here with all the Apple fans.
Enjoy the device.
I do NOT like it and I get to NOT like it.
Sorry for voicing an opinion that went against all that is great about Apple. Not...

sweeeeet!
Check the source page again... It has been updated to read "Open in 'iBooks'" instead of Keynote.
My guess, yes they are working on it, but no, this is not a confirmation. Most likely this was just created as a filler graphic that didn't get replaced before they updated their websites.
