Nice!
@Jerry Rawlings
Or play it on any Flash enabled phone.
Or, even better, don't play it at all.
@Jerry Rawlings
Farmville? of all games... the one that has 80 million players with tons of addicts to boot? now available all day everyday on your phone? humanity is doomed. what has science done!!
@skyblaze returned to its farming ancestor :/
So, does this mean the iPhone has officially sold out?
@Rick James No it's sold out in plenty of shops before.
@d0mth0ma5 Haha! You win!!! +1
Ug.. it was already bad enough with everyone on Facebook playing Farmville....
70 million only raising 2 million is pathetic if you thing about it since it come out to less than 30 cents per user
this was a smart move... Let them feed their addiction on the go.
Yawn.
Well that helps ease the flash debate a bit for apple. We don't need flash for games. We have apps for that.
@BillOwnz
My laptop can barely handle farmville... it's crazy resource intensive.
@BillOwnz
Yup. Trade in your platform agnostic media for stuff that's Apple Only.
@jedi What do you mean, "platform agnostic"?Last I checked, Flash was a platform, not a language. So yes, a shift to platform-specific apps, inclusive of writing for some resource-efficient platforms, is good.
Boo! Someone needs to develop/port the old, old school SimFarm game to the iPhone.
@nolie83 This.
FarmVille! Finally (I wouldn't mind Android app as well or symbian)!
@pankomputerek
You don't need an android app for it, I have played quite a few (although not farmville) facebook games in the browser on my Evo since it has flash.
Farmville? Really? iCaramba.
Hopefully it comes to android market to.
Man, between Netflix and Farmville, our 2 GB is going to dwindle pretty quickly...
Well that about verifies it. Steve Jobs = Big Brother. Now he's letting facebook rape your phone. Oh well, I don't use fb or any of that other crap. The people that need to know, know.
@jmcburna and b4 you flame me, I know it's and app and not something fb made.
Guitar Hero? Yeah, that'll be LOADS of fun on an iphone. Heck, it's been available for ages for WinMo, but what's the point? The whole concept of Guitar Hero is to play that you're playing the guitar, not fiddling with your phone. Now if somebody figures out how to use a wireless guitar controller with it...
Lol i knew it! flash games for mobile should be like this! for desktop its flash :D
I can play it on my N900 but i think you must be stupid to waste your time for playin at a virtual farm on your mobile or computer...
And now what a farmbile OS ?
