Panasonic's 152-inch 4K-resolution 3D plasma ships this fall
Say goodbye to the former king of Panasonic plasmas, the old 103-inch that toured the country and took center stage in presidential elections is old news, moved aside for a new family of commercial displays including the 152-inch 4K resolution 3DTV towered over all at this year's CES. Just in case 4096 x 2160 is too much resolution, there are 103- and 85-inch 1080p versions available as well, but seriously, look at that thing. You know Mark Cuban is going to buy one -- why shouldn't you? Because you don't have $500,000+ laying around, because it can't possibly fit in your house, because you'd never go outside again if you owned one -- stop making excuses, it's unbecoming.

I saw this thing in person at CES this year and it blew my mind. They were playing a 4k loop of a drag racing event and it literally looked like you (the viewer) were in the grandstands. It wasn't in 3D but honestly the resolution impressed me more than anything 3D I've seen.
Wish i had that kinda money. Want to replace my projector + screen with this thing.
Man this is good.
You are correct!!! I would never leave my home! Hell! I would buy a commode! Imagine hooking your mac up to that sucker!
Wow...that is very nice. I have truly become a fan of Plasmas this year. However, too much money for me indeed. I would spend that type of money on a new house and then invests the money in some stocks or something. Other than cost, that baby is absolutely gorgeous. Give me a shot of Henessy and a couple of friends over for the World Cup or the upcoming College and NFL seasons and the men are ready to go in probably one of the mancaves in modern time. Lol....way to go Panisonic. Stand out baby...
When i saw that tv..... I jizzed my pants.
Damn can we fit 4k onto blu-Ray discs? I don't want to have to start over again.
I want that in my life.
Playing god of war on this shit and then were talking ;D
imagine playing COD on that thing
f...u! 500000$
but the tv looked amazing for sure.
Glad for this since it's gonna push 4k to our lesser selves. On the other hand, as someone stated above, you can do a larger screen for less at the same resolution with a properly setup projector home theater system. Mind that this home theater system would include all the other necessary components besides just the video and non-surround sound.
At ~$500k I could have a small movie theater for my own personal use.
That's one mother of q tv, to bad us common folk can't afford it.
Sick product for sick people that erroneously think that life is just one, continuous hunt for The Biggest and The Most. It's just for those primitive and greedy people who dream of pizzas as big as cars and cars as big as space shuttles.
So it is now easily proven that you can get diabetes from such televisions.
This is bigger than most New York appartments.
