VGA Video, what is this a 5 year old cell phone?
@rstoplabe14 I agree, these better be damn cheap to be of any importance.

@dgtlber
Youtube is your friend. Go watch some world class comebacks for the US team.
x560 came out LAST YEAR in Australia, T100 came out in around march/april in Aus.
These have been out since January, and you can buy them directly from Olympus right now.

Full Disclosure: I'm an Olympus employee.
@sholsinger More specifically, they were released in the US & Canada markets in January.
@sholsinger
I'm sure the W560P has been in Australia since December, where I work it went on Clearance and we no longer stock it. I merely assumed that it was a discontinued line.
And the T-100 has been here for a few months as well. It's a rather plasticy build.
I've definitely seen the X560 WP in Canada
@parabola : I bought one in April as a birthday gift for my kid. It's far from coming down the pipe.
You should mention that wp means water proof
New cams in the pipeline? You're joking, right? The X560 WP has been available for a long time. At least in Canada. I bought one in April. And as sholsinger pointed out. They've been out since January.
Only 6 months behind guys.
Yawn. When Olympus starts using industry-standard SD-Cards rather than their expensive proprietary xD flash cards, maybe I'll be interested in their products. Until then, it's like, why bother?
@Badtux Prepare to have egg on your face.
In case you didn't know they switched to SDHC in the current generation.
@DanKennedy Perhaps you should go to Olympus's site and click on the specs for the above x560 camera? Nope, uses xD cards. They now have an adapter so you can put a MicroSD into an xD slot, but this particular camera, at least, does *not* accept SDHC cards. Sony, on the other hand, still is trying to push their proprietary memory technology but is also including an SDHC card slot on their new cameras. Perhaps you got Sony and Olympus confused?
@Badtux
The T-100 is SD cards only. Fuji and Olympus appear to have, for the most part, given up on XD Cards.
