GAEMS suitcase is the solution for bad-spelling, frequently-travelling Xbox 360 gamers
Schlepping your Xbox 360 around in your carry-on is a hardly ideal solution for platinum-level frequent fliers. Not only does it take up a significant portion of your roller, but once you get where you're going there's no guarantee that your hotel's wood-paneled tube will know what to do with your high-end gaming machine. Enter the GAEMS Portable Console Gaming and Entertainment System, which carries not only an Xbox but also a 15-inch, 720p LCD in the lid, and speakers to boot. Flip open your console and you're good to go, though we're wondering whether there's room in there for the power brick too. We do know that your controllers will not fit, which seems like an unfortunate design choice if you ask us. The GAEMS suitcase ships sometime before the end of the year for around $250, and yes there are PS3 and new Xbox 360 versions coming too.

Looks like a suitcase bomb - that'll go over well at the airport.
Isn't this kinda what DS and PSPs are suppose to be for?
looks terrible, terrible innovation, no imagination. No room for the brick or controllers?! Im paying $250?! WTF, utter fail. They need to make a suit case where the xbox is built into the frame and the lcd is well protected and inside the flap, meanwhile leaving lots of room for clothes, etc. That would be cool.
For the love of god, who sits and plays all these games? I will never understand the fascination with gaming for otherwise smart (mostly) men (mostly).
@dogma
People who aren't Nazis. I use to game with the scientists at PBRC every Friday in the presentation halls. I've moved on from my job at the research center and now work for EA.
@dogma
How is sitting and playing games any different than sitting and watching tv, sitting and watching a movie, sitting and reading a book? It's just another form of entertainment. What's the big deal? What's so hard to understand?
These things have been around for decades on virtually every mainstream console and were never successful. Doubt this one is going to be.
This is pure Awesomeness
MX 11 ! For me.
The disc will scratch with any movement of the console, xbox isn't meant to work like a laptop
@infamous1
It's not mean to actually sit on your lap, it's just mean to be more portable for when you're on the go. You still put it down on a desk or table or stand when you're actually going to play a game.
NO INTERNAL BATTERY = FAIL
