He should do this for non-Apple hardware too. It's like free advertising for Apple courtesy of Engadget. He should also show the Droid X since that just was announced as well. Or the EVO/Incredible if he doesn't have the Droid X.

and, I don't actually have an issue with Josh LOVING the Apple products. He just shouldn't pretend to be objective when his love for the Apple products biases his decision making and prioritization of stories, etc...

I predict Joshua will try to cram in as many interesting/useful facts as he can, while Jimmy tries to make jokes so that the dumb audience is still interested. It's like having an animal expert bring interesting creatures onto a show - they think people will care, but most are dumb, so the host has to dumb it down.
(This isn't a rip on Engadget, Josh, or Fallon btw.)

Don't you find it kind of interesting that Joshua did the review. In addition Engadget received the iPhone 5 days ago. Now he will be on Jimmy Fallon Show, giving as high of praise as he can. Give me a break! Someone else should have wrote the review. I really don't care if Apple will be a sponsor, and shows in the credits. As readers of Engadget we expect fair unbiased reviews. If Apple is in the credit as a sponsor, you minus well say that Engadget is on the payroll. There should be no other products reviewed on Engadget unless they are Apple. Really sorry about my rant.

Not sure if you noticed, but Jimmy is an Apple fanboy. But in their defense they've had other products on, including a few Microsoft products as of late.
@8bit What really surprised me was when Josh gave a gushing review of the iPad on Fallon after his initial, underwhelmed reaction when the product was first unveiled. Makes you wonder what happened in between.

I thought this article wasn't Apple related, so I was going to make a sarcastic comment about how this article is irrelevant, and how I'd much rather be reading about something to do with Apple, then I realised this article was Apple related and felt stupid for being beaten to the punchline, kinda.

For some that's a good thing... Some people like to constantly upgrade and some don't. It's all about personal preference.
@pspitts I don't think that is the case for the majority of users. I doubt the Evo or Incredible will go out of production for at least another year or so.
