Walk up TO A PERSON and say i want to pre-order a Droid X....BB asso. hand you a form and you fill it out...they say 50 bucks please...you pay and GET A RECEIPT...they put in your order call you in a couple of weeks and schedule and appointment for to pick it up and activate.... WOW sounds hard right!
Get to talk to a really person and not hit the refresh button 1 million time and have the server time and have verizon say too many orders OMG shut it down!!

one-on-one customer service is easy when nobody cares about the product. Good luck staffing enough associates to handle 600,000 requests.
