Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"We need a digital camera that can be switched on and fire off that first shot fast. It's not a commonly tracked statistic on any review site, and nobody seems to have this information for every camera. We were hoping other readers could inform us as to what small digital cameras can fire off their first pics in under a second (ideally under half a second). It needs to be small, but mostly, just really quick in operation. Thanks!"
That actually makes sense as I read it, but we all know it's to try to keep free tethering apps off of your phone. Maybe us adults can try to make the decision on our own like big boys and girls.
@Waltah
There are free tethering apps in the market.
@Waltah
Not true. There are tethering apps in the app store. Check out easy tether

Not if you're an American these days. We need to be told what we can eat, what movies/games are safe for us to watch, and what the gov't can do for us that we can't do for ourselves.
@dirtyjeep
I just did a search for Easy Tether on an Aria and it comes up with zero matches. If you search tether it comes up with a Samsung Moment app and a paid tether app.
Results may be different on non AT&T Android phones, but there is no free tethering app in Market for this device.
@Waltah the only reason they re doing it, is cuz att(as a carrier) can control /filter what apps you can see on the Market, it's about control people,but dont BS me with piracy and malware .
@Waltah PDA net. android market place. im using it right now as im typing this from my office. i work for the government and we're not allowed to connect our personal devices to the network so im using PDA Net and it works perfect. a little slow but its expected using 3g on a powerbook. im not sure how well it works on PCs but on Mac with Snow Leopard it works perfect
@audrywienerdog
PDA Net works great on PC's. I've got an EVO and USB teather on occation via 3G (no 4G in PHX, yet). I did a speed test using the EVO with PDANet teathered and got 1.6megs down and .8up. Im very happy with Sprints 3G, and its unlimited, and its the cheapest. :)
