Engadget Podcast, live... now!

The plan was to wait until July 4th and do an America-themed podcast where we celebrated the inventions of Benjamin Franklin and then flew our fighter jets into the mothership of an alien invasion, but we decided to record today instead and talk about gadgets. Check out the chat and the livestream after the break, we should get started somewhere vaguely approximating 5:30PM Eastern.

@TheSunman89 HEY you guys know whats funny normally Engadget reports everything APPLE does even when they go pee, but something that has made CNN and even the news over in Germany where I am at does not get a peep, and that is the fact a big ass Class Action lawsuit has been dropped on Apple and At&t.

not innovative enough, from what i can see. seen next to the evo, it takes the 4g out, puts a slightly better proc. in, puts on a little bit of crapware. evo got a 9/10 afterall. can't just rest on the laurels of the industry, i think the main point i got from the article is that the competition is too strong at the moment, droid x is far from a gamechanger.

@primetimeplaya Thats why CNET reviews are better though, the scores get revised over time so the Evo/droid x review scores would be closer to each other and make sense when viewed next to each other.

How come I cant find a schedule for these podcasts. The times are not always around 5pm et. Last one was 1 pm et. So is there a calendar/schedule or not for all podcasts/videocasts? Twit has a calendar and schedule. I would like one from this website.

@magnovox No, they suck at informing their customers on the times. The most advanced warning i ever saw was about 12 hours in advanced. Needless to say I was shocked until the podcast was still 3-4 hours off.
