Thats not a major release, thus no breaking news worthy.

Its worse on Android 1.1 - 1.9 and 2.1 2.2
with all the same discussion on which phone will get this minor update or not.

I agree that this isn't breaking news, but it's definitely worth a mention. When the final version is available to everyone, that would be more suitable as breaking news.
