T-Mobile already has 45 markets,on HSPA+ will have 100 before year's end, will be faster than VZNs first iteration of LTE, AND will have HSPA+ Smartphones in addittion to the existing data sticks.
I wouldn't say Sprint had any sort of exclusive advantage.
...they were just effective at making you think they had exclusive 4G through their marketing dollars. Realistically, it was (is) pretty slow and had (has) a very limited national footprint.
@GeneralThade 47 cities and counting isn't exactly a small footprint. There's like 15 cities about to be officially lit up in a couple months too. Wimax 2 next year.
@GeneralThade your promoting T-Mobile but you mention a competitors little foot print. Lol T-Mobile is a real national carrier. Leap wireless, cryket and most prepaid carriers. Have better coverage than T-Mobile
HSPA+ doesn't have the network efficiency that Wimax and LTE have. You'll see when T-Mobile's network has another meltdown due to the increased population hopping on their lovely speeds for cheap.
