wait wait wait... "information" can be "stolen" from other websites? Does that mean Engadget and every blog on the interwebz are lying, cheating, dirty, info thieves?!?
**cough STFU cough*** sorry had to get that out of my throat...
Those of us that depend on the information we produce in order to make a living understand the importance of proper sourcing. Whether you're a researcher producing academic articles, an author of novelized fiction, or a journalist writing articles on the web, you make a name for yourself by the work you produce. The number of times you get cited -- and by whom -- really matters in terms of how much you get paid and what future jobs you get considered for.
So what I'm saying is that those of you that find questions of who the source is tiresome, that are rolling your eyes and saying STFU, are failing to realize that somebody's earning power is getting messed with. If you were the dude that wrote the article for Reddit, you'd be making a stink about it too, trust me.
For those looking for a device strictly for reading, the new Kobo is a nice little option. It's small enough to slip into a pocket, can do more with a PDF than the competition, and at $129, it's $10 cheaper than both the Nook and Kindle WiFi.
