A great idea can change the world -- and a bad idea? All too often, that becomes a crapgadget. Do you really need a pair of speakers for your MP3 player shaped like stuffed bears? Juicy Couture seems to think so. How about fluffy "cat ear" headphones? We wouldn't recommend them unless you're a 13-year old girl -- or maybe getting ready for Anthrocon 2011. And don't even get us started on Tuttuki Bako, the little green box that exists so you can put your finger in it and see a heavily pixelated, monochromatic rendering of you finger... in a green box! We also have a Bluetooth speakerphone unit for your wrist and an ultraviolet toothbrush sterilizer that gets power from glorious USB. No thank you.

People in Korea bring toothbrush to work and leave it there to brush their teeth after lunch. They can plug this into their work computer and use it...

If the toothbrush sanitizer actually works it's a great idea but I'm not sure why I'd want to plug it into a laptop. Maybe that's the point your trying to make.
@Steve2000 "I'm not sure why I'd want to plug it into a laptop." If you want to travel with the thing, USB power should be a lot more convenient than relying on AA cells, or trying to power it directly off the mains in foreign hotel rooms. The laptop looks weird, but it does the job.

There's a model with a rechargable battery too. If you can charge it with USB then it's not that bad an idea.
@Leo Richard Comerford Excellent point. I don't travel much so I never thought of that. In that case there's nothing crappy about this at all. Obviously the writer hasn't seen the episode of mythbusters where they show you how much germs are thrown all over your bathroom every time you flush the toilet.

I actually kind of like the toohbrush sanitizer, theres plenty of usb adapters that plug directly into the wall, get one of those and just leave it in your bathroom, thats assuming it works

Im surprised people would actually choose the toothbrush sanitizer as the worst at least that has a real application. Oh mindless drones voting that which comes first with an image, kinda like ordering at dennys just because it comes with a picture.
