i think it's ging to be like android. dell lightning has its own UI, htc is bringing Sense, and other companys might try to put there own UI. that could make things more complicated in terms of updates, just like all the android phones without stock.
@kjsin1994 No, not really. Dell Lightning is virgin to modifying WP7. MS has a strict policy against it. And HTC's Sense won't be a UI overlay or a skin atop Metro, it'll probably be custom hubs and widgets for that specific device. Hubs and widgets which probably won't interfere with the upgrade iterative of the OS.
The N9 has arrived. What we can say from our first experience is that we're in the presence of a fantastically designed device with a gorgeous AMOLED screen and some highly responsive performance.
