Faraday Future's insane 1,000-horsepower concept car leaks

A super-quick car that probably doesn't exist.

Ahead of tonight's unveil of its concept car, it looks like Faraday Future accidentally leaked details of its concept vehicle via its app. The app showed up prematurely in the App Store. The company has been talking about how it aims to "redefine our relationship with the automobile." Right now it looks like that change resembles hitting the road with over 1000 horsepower and a zero to 60 of less than three seconds and top speed of over 200 miles per hour.

The app was first noticed by Twitter account superannuation and has since been pulled from the app store, but not before AppShopper downloaded all the app's details and screenshots from the iPad and iPhone versions.

In the app's description, the company is upfront that this isn't the car you use to get groceries: "We at Faraday Future are extremely proud of this vehicle. Though we are not a racecar company, our concept shares its core design DNA with our forthcoming consumer line. The process of building this car inspired us, unlocked our imagination, and allowed us to pursue exciting new engineering objectives without restraint."

So a consumer line that you can actually buy is coming. Just don't expect it look like it'll blow the doors off your neighbor's Honda.
