Fujitsu's Loox T70K/T ultra-portable

Akihabara News says the Loox T70 is the best ultra-portable on the market and, from the looks of it, Fujitsu's new
T70K/T model is even better. The biggest addition is an integrated TV tuner that gives you full video recording
capabilities. The new model also ups the Pentium M proccesor from 1.1 to 1.2GHz (whoohoo, an extra .1GHz!) and
increases the hard drive from 80 to 100GB. But don't rush off to an importer just yet. The TV tuner might
not be compatible with frequencies from other countries.

An ultraportable with a integrated tv tuner! Isn't that a contradiction in terms? I wonder how it can handle recording video at that slow processor speed.
its a dothan, compared to P4, its like 2.x ghz i think?
or am wrong?
