Sony debuts Vaio FJ in red and blue
Sony's Vaio FJ in basic black and white not doing it for you? Then check out the red and blue versions, which Sony will ship in at least some markets early next year. They're the first color-clad Vaio laptops (unless, of course, you count black, white, gray and, er, purple). Same specs as the white FJ, including 14.1-inch 1280 x 768 widescreen XBRITE display, Intel Pentium M, 802.11b/g and dual-layer DVD±R/W. And now you can make a fashion (or political) statement when you pull it out of your bag.

They are not the first colored Vaio. The Series T has been available in Burgandy (which is red).
VAIO laptops have been available in a number of colors in Japan for quite some time...
That's some nice-looking gear.
amnesia:
"first color-clad _Vaio_ laptops"
also, there have been color vaio's before, as mentioned kp. burgandy and dark blue (navy blue?).
