Epson's Endeavor NT9500 Pro
Now that everyone else has weighed in with their Intel Core Duo machines, looks like it's time for the more minor PC manufacturers to take center stage with their devices, like Epson and their Endeavor NT9500 Pro. Funny to think these are basically the same laptops as what Apple introduced yesterday in the MacBook Pro, but the Epson, anyway, won't be seen this side of the Pacific any time soon. Which is just as well, really, because outside that SXGA (1400 x 1050) display it doesn't exactly impress with 512MB of RAM and 40GB of drive space.

1400x1050 is still better than the MacBook at 1440x900.
And 512mb memory is all you're getting on the lower-end MacBook Pro aswell.
The laptop is actually configurable for 512-2GB of ram and 40 - 100 GB of HDD space along with other goodies such as a WUXGA screen.

This is actually a rebranded ASUS notebook believe it or not.
