Dell has signed a deal with
Skype, agreeing to pre-install Skype software on two of its new XPS laptops, the
M1210 and M2010. Skype will be part of Dell's snazzy audio/video communication package, which consists of an integrated webcam and microphone, noise isolation earbuds, and mobile broadband capabilites. Financial terms of the deal were not announced at this time, nor did they they give any word about any other Dell systems that may or may not come pre-loaded with Skype. And, yes, we really did do a whole post without saying "Dude, you're getting Skype!"

I've just written a simple software to enable/force/configure/hack Skype to send high quality video even if you didn't bought an expensive logitech webcam.
You may also send higher resolution than Skype's HQ : the unofficial Skype HD !!!
