We told you we got a little face time with these bad boys; without having spent a terribly long time using the
VX and MX Revolution, we can definitely tell you that the tactile feedback and movement of the wheel is really unlike anything you've ever experienced before on a consumer mouse. Unfortunately, knowing those lame mouse kiosks retailers have set up in their stores, you probably won't be able to really feel the difference in the wheels when you switch apps and the mouse mechanics activate (for example, Excel scrolls freely, Word ratchet scrolls). It still might take a little getting used to having that second wheel on your thumb, but at least they refrained from button overload, and the ergonomics were top notch, even if that app-switcher behind the primary wheel was a real pain to get to. Click on for some more shots of the VX and MX Revolution!

Battery life?
The Logitech site doesn't seem to mention battery life anywhere (though they did have time to put up a ton of flash animations...), makes me wonder how long the life is. Especially on the model that's intended for use with laptops.
bahI just got one from Circuit city and it's missing all but one of the pads on the bottom so the screws are exposed and it doesn't glide well at all.
Gonna have to take it back tomorrow and exchange it =/
LEFTIES: Logitech does make left handed mice. In fact they have one of their new Laser mice
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/US/EN,CRID=2135,CONTENTID=11532
you wont find Left handed mice across all teh platforms, but between the ambidextrous solutions and the pure Left solutions, there are options out there
Cheers
All I hope for is that it has better OS X support than the MX 1000. That mouse died fast and hard with Mac user's (keep your shit comments to yourself) due to bug's.
I am loving this mouse! Here's my review about it:

That mouse looks sick. I may end up picking one up eventually. It'll be btw that and MS' new one, the Habu (based off of Razer tech). Oh, and as far as that Rod guy concerned, he probably won't even be a doctor like most premed students. Remember, being premed is completely different than being a med student. The kid is nothing more than an smartass undergrad with serious ego issues.
that looks like a great time saver once you get used to the button positioning. i spend around 10 hours a day on my mouse, so this looks like a great replacement next time i need one.
According to Zach's googling, Rod's mouse kiosk is capable of not existing anywhere besides the public, Islam, the Internet, a mall, a metro in Montreal, a small open temple or pavilion supported by pillars, Princeton, the Ottoman Empire.. or Toronto.
j/p ;)
Guys! Don't we already have enough "know it alls" on the internet. con calma
