USB-powered "G-Gloves" for the ladies
Alright fellas, if you're sitting around enjoying the cool breeze emanating from your seat cushion, then you're fully aware of how invigorating a USB-powered gizmo can be during the summer months, and equally aware in the depths of winter. For that lucky lady in your life (or cyberlife), these comfy G-Gloves (G for girl, we presume) can keep her hands warm during those chilly December fragfests, and thanks to their ability to quickly convert into mittens, even her fingertips are covered. Sporting a detachable cable, on / off switch, alphabet stitching, dual warming pads, two-levels of heat intensity, and the ability to get toasty through any powered USB port (yes, even the Wii), these should be a sure fire (ahem) hit in the stocking this holiday season. The G-Glove hand-warmers are available now to heat things up in pink or blue for $22.

qyiet @ Sep 26th 2006 11:41PM
The slogan that popped into my head from the headline was: G Gloves, USB powered gloves for the ladies, guaranteed to hit the spot
Brad @ Sep 26th 2006 9:02PM
They totally passed up an easy nerd joke. The fingers on the left hand should be A-S-D-F; the ones on the right should be J-K-L-;
Ferny @ Sep 27th 2006 3:27AM
damn you beat me to it. that is the first thing I thought.
Kreeper @ Sep 27th 2006 9:27AM
I thought it was L-O-V-E and H-A-T-E

I can see the lawsuits now...
ferrell @ Sep 26th 2006 9:33PM
So, how exactly am I supossed to type in these?
Stacyj @ Sep 26th 2006 9:50PM
Thank heavens they come in multiple colors, I'd hate to think how silly I'd look wearing a pair that clashed with my outfit ...
Drewboy @ Sep 26th 2006 10:12PM
This sounded so wrong when I first read the headline...
Superdotman @ Sep 26th 2006 10:17PM
Even the Wii, you say?
POWER GLOVES
krono6 @ Sep 27th 2006 4:34AM
Mmm.. Playing with my friend's Wii using G Gloves.......
That came out wrong.
strider_mt2k @ Sep 26th 2006 11:00PM
Now you see? That's where they get you.
Everyone knows that the N-Gloves get better range and are much faster!

So.. my computer can now warm my feet, AND my hands... Now, if only the geeks of the world had something to warm their laps.. they'd be set.
Whynot @ Sep 27th 2006 7:30AM
Actually there is something to warm their laps: exploding batteries=instant warmth! :P
Maby not the kind of warmth you'd want to put there, though...ouch!
Emceay @ Sep 27th 2006 9:42AM
The guys gloves are on the same site, though the hand model has pink glittery nail polish on... hmmm.
zanbowser @ Sep 27th 2006 10:12AM
@BRAD: Actually, I was thinking...
Left hand:
l.shift, a, w/s, d, (thumb) space
Right hand:
(thumb) mouse2, mouse1, mouse3, mouse2
I wonder if I could install an element in my nostromo... then my fingers wouldn't seize up in winter on those long fragfests, and I wouldn't have to wear ghey mittens.
Kenundrum @ Sep 27th 2006 10:40AM
I guess it would be easy enough to take a portable USB power source that runs on AAs or something with you out in the cold and hook these to that- no? I was totally thinking about that sony vibrating addon i read about a while back aimed at the ladies when i read the title... didn't it come with "form-fitting silicon cover"? :-)
