I completely agree that slow drivers in the fast lane is annoying, but it's still not excuse for tailgating. You wanna go faster? Go around them.I'm all for fining tailgaters, it's dangerous, rude, annoying, and most of all illegal.
Actually, going around a slow driver in the left lane would require you to pass from the right, which is illegal in most states... The train-horn idea sounds best. Or perhaps cops can start ticketing slow "fast-lane" drivers.
