Time Warner gets fussy with DirecTV over "false advertising"

But time warners support sucks. When i got my hd-dvr installed it took them 12 trips. 1st time wrong cable. 2nd time component didnt wanna work. 5 times. Dvr didnt have right Firmware. 6 came in black in white. 7. Thought i had a bootleg box. Last week. Fixed. I love it. Support sucks though. Also hd on demand wont work !

HD on demand can't work because there is no HD on demand yet
