Hey, I just plugged in my MP4 and i dowloaded something. My computer says it stopped downloading But my MP4 says "Transferring files...Do not disconnect." But i tryed to make it stop saying that by holding down all the buttons on the side and the middle button together but still frozen like that...I need someone to help me please! Thank you
