LG Z1 laptop packs SideShow too, but sexier this time

On Saturday we spotted the Asus W5Fe, a SideShow-enabled laptop with a bummer of an exterior bump to house that supplemental screen. However, yesterday we eyed the LG Z1, which appears to be a much cleaner design than the Asus. While we don't know much about it as of yet, we can tell you that it's got a DVD player, and at least one USB port. And like any other SideShow-enabled device, you can show off those fun new Vista gadgets that everyone is all up in a tizzy about. We're still waiting on a full spec list and how much you'll have to throw down for the pleasure of a secondary screen, but for now you can slide on over to the next page for a couple pics of it live and in person here at CES.Update: We've just got the official word from LG that this will have an Intel Core 2 Duo processor T7200 2.0 GHz, a 12.1-inch (1280 x 800) display, and 1GB of DDR2 RAM.
Looks sleek. Not crazy about the white keyboard (a.k.a. dirt magnet) though.

This looks a lot better. Like it was designed to go there and not an after-thought. If only they can make it more seamless and do away with the gaps? The it would be really sexy. Although I try to reserve the word sexy for nice looking women, I think I may make an exception here :)
My next laptop if it has a Core2Duo(which should be the processor given the centrino sticker)
LG and samsung have some really sleek and sexy laptops in Asian markets but they are quiet expensive.
Oh yeah! ...But the white could be black, white is so... Apple. I don't buy things that remind me of Apple.
Intrepid, I agree their is clearly a similarity between LG and apple these days. I really believe that LG have lately been taking a page out of Apple's design book, adding a real "sexy factor" to their products. Im just hoping they don't follow apple when it comes to pricing. LG are clearly becoming the next big contender, i see then over taking SONY soon, they have a major techonolgy advantage over many other competers and mix in attractiveness they could be unstoppable. soon we might see LG rumors sites and LG fanboys.
Yeah, the Koreans are pretty baller.
