Seriously guys, thanks-- you've had great on the ground coverage and have been more up to date than any other blog or website during this.
Camperton @ Jan 13th 2007 12:14AM
The coverage was awesome!!! I was refreshing the macworld keynote like a crack fiend. And that was one of my fave podcasts.
p.s. what was the laptop that died?
Ryan Block @ Jan 13th 2007 12:53AM
Humorously enough, it was my MacBook Pro. Luckily it revived after many hours of hassling; more luckily, if it didn't I have a ton of PC laptops at home begging to be used.
Camperton @ Jan 13th 2007 12:17AM
I've never seen the vegas airport so desolate.... and cool shot of the inside of the plane.
Steve @ Jan 13th 2007 12:18AM
Thanks to EVERYONE at Engadget for covering two of the biggest Expos in the tech world. You guys did amazing, I personally enjoyed the videos and booth tours. Thanks, cant wait until next year!
Luis @ Jan 13th 2007 12:19AM

Awesome coverage @ CES. Thanks guys!
Cheers!
AndrewNeo @ Jan 13th 2007 1:12AM
Heh, don't those lines at LAS look familiar. I swear every time I've gone through there it looked like weren't going to make the plane just because the line was so long. Wish I could have gone to Vegas a month later than last time, I could have gone to CES!
rebecca @ Jan 13th 2007 1:13AM
Yeah guys yo are the best and not as presumptuous like the guys from gizmodo.
Go Bears.

In N Out? Is that what I think it is? It's incredible that 3 entire people from your group had their first at CES (and that they admitted as much to you. That's quite an Esprit de Corp you have going on...)
tomas @ Jan 13th 2007 1:26AM
so, when do the swag give aways begin?
Bucket @ Jan 13th 2007 1:27AM
Individuals enjoying In N Out for the first time: 3
Aww... it's always so special the first time someone experiences the dance of love...
Wait-- 3 PEOPLE?! Talk about starting in the deep end.
WedgeTalon @ Jan 13th 2007 1:29AM
I'm already looking forward to next time and hoping for even more video goodness! Those and the "liveblogs" are my favourite convention posts. :)
Nate @ Jan 13th 2007 1:30AM
Ouch your MacBook Pro, I cant live without mine. And I have abunch of Pc ones too
marc @ Jan 13th 2007 1:49AM
Well done! thanks for the excellent coverage!
Steele @ Jan 13th 2007 1:49AM
In-N-Out is a burger joint in the southwest, just in case there was actual confusion on the subject
haxa @ Jan 13th 2007 1:57AM
Thanks Engadget for a comprehensive real-time coverage at the Macworld. I was up 1am to 4am here in Malaysia; hitting Ctrl+F5 keys on my Firefox to find out about the long awaited iPhone. You guys rock!
ewcost @ Jan 13th 2007 2:24AM
Great job guys. Loved the podcast!
alloneword @ Jan 13th 2007 3:10AM
Thanks for another year of fantastic coverage :)
John Swenson @ Jan 13th 2007 3:19AM
As a former tech journalist who used to cover Comdex and other big trade shows, I know how hard it is to do what you guys do at CES. Amazingly thorough, informative, and entertaining coverage. Thanks.
Alex @ Jan 13th 2007 3:24AM
Can I get a who's who in the picture? Especially the guy in the red shirt and leather jacket?
ericglassman @ Jan 13th 2007 3:40AM
Peter, Ryan, and the whole gang, thank you so very much. You were my one and only lifeline to both conferences. During Jobs' keynote, I really felt the miracle of being cyber-connected to a group. You guys do such a great job, and I know we all share the same obsessions and hopes for the future. Thank you all.
resource @ Jan 13th 2007 3:44AM
I don't get the origin of this meme I see everywhere.
"I'm at your ______, hitting your ______"
Can anyone explain that meme to me?
Thanks a lot.
grahamgibson @ Jan 15th 2007 12:27PM
@resource, and anyone else who doesn't get the image:
It's a reference to a relatively well-known World of Warcraft forum post by a Blizzard employee:

aw @ Jan 13th 2007 4:49AM
The most important stat - 3 folks had their In-N-Out Burger. MMMMMMMM.
Christian @ Jan 13th 2007 5:02AM
How do I become part of engadget?
AL @ Jan 13th 2007 5:04AM
Brilliant coverage chaps, especially on the various live keynotes...kinda boggles the mind how you're able to keep up with it all so great job!
Xinerauqs @ Jan 13th 2007 5:51AM
Cheers for keeping us up to date. It's been helpful!
eflyersteve @ Jan 13th 2007 9:26AM

DEEZNUTZ @ Jan 13th 2007 9:58AM
Good stuff guys... awesome job!
Darryl Hall @ Jan 13th 2007 9:59AM

Paul Wertheimer @ Jan 13th 2007 10:28AM
Thanks 4 the post-CES pics of Engadget talent. Its nice 2 put a face on the geeks that makes it happen.
Sam K @ Jan 13th 2007 10:28AM
Thanks for all the great coverage.
Kingkong @ Jan 13th 2007 10:29AM
Macbook pro's have lost my trust with this post. I have had over 10 pc laptops in the last 8 years and none of them have taking a crap over the 5 years I've used them non-stop.
Rick @ Jan 13th 2007 10:30AM
yeah, well... not even ONE story on Japanese female robots.

Haha i'm guessing that by shwag you dont mean pot.
(CyKiller) Aaron Johnson @ Jan 13th 2007 1:45PM
It was very nice coverage, and if we had awards for this type of dedication you would be in first place for sure. Ahh, and In-And-Out (West coast burger heaven), perfect menu, perfect food, outstanding. Next time you go ask for the special sauce on the fries - you only can get it if you ask, it is not on the menu - enjoy ;)
Anthony @ Jan 13th 2007 11:57PM
now i understand why engadget is so biased towards asian companys/products
Corrine @ Jan 14th 2007 11:52AM
Your coverage was nothing short of spectacular. Thank you.
Jeramy @ Jan 14th 2007 7:48PM
good thing everyone crammed together for that first picture. not like there's a lot of unused space or anything...
notelrac @ Jan 15th 2007 9:18AM
Great job, guys.
Next best thing to being there :)
Doing the same thing, though scaled down perhaps, at DEMO? CTIA? Other shows?
Peace.
Bruzer @ Jan 16th 2007 4:31PM

You guys have done a wonderful job of coverage, as you always do, and that is why Engadget is my homepage, and will continue to be. Thank you so much for your hardwork over the past week, and for the hardwork that im sure you will continue in the future!!!
