Right from day one, choppy HD-DVD, continually freezes up, shuts down, closes windows, ignores keystrokes, and now another hard drive failure. Toshiba and the warranty people have been rude and try everything to avoid having to deal with these machines. These computers have cost me a considerable amount of lost time, money and caused a great deal of frustration and inconvenience. I need to find a firm pursuing a class action regearding these models.
