Which one is the one that fell down the stairs? I vote for that one.
That was the Honda Asimo, and it's not even up there. It's been in development for many years.
I vote for the hacked Robosapien with projectile launcher and flamethrower. What a shame that it isn't on the list :(
but what about the PLEN?
Ryan, I think your description is supposed to say "robot of the year," not portable media device."
I vote for Plen!
Manoi has the most advanced design for a kit robot and certainly the coolest looking one since the beginning of the hobby humanoid trend of recent years.
If these were cars instead of robots, this list would be equivalent to : Simca, Fiat, Maserati, Volga, Ford, piaggio
I'd have to agree with Limor. The MANOI is the best in this list hands down, but I'm also afraid it's the least heard of. There's some awesome videos of the AT-01 in action if you do a search... will blow your minds!
Yeah, where is PLEN? I mean how many robots do you know that can freaking skateboard! Come on.
