i can help you... follow these steps:
1) sell it on ebay
2) go buy a Nokia N800 or N770 (cheap now, like $130)
3) enjoy surfing the real internet on a larger screen with keyboard, skype, messenger, and streaming media....
4) thank me for making you wake up and realize that surfing the internet on a kids gaming handheld with a tiny screen is NUTS!
5) answer my question, why did you buy this when 85% of the user reviews above were thumbs down for this thing???
6) repeat steps for each unit you bought.
