What I still don't understand is how they get a continuous image across the three screens? I realize there are 4 Elite 360's in the setup, but how do they get it to scale the image like that?
Forza allows you to set up multiple screens, but only if you have multiple 360s to run all the individual screens. The required processing power's upped, so the 360s get dedicated to an individual view (front, sides, rear view, etc) to keep the framerates up.

I don't have Forza 2 but I would guess that you just use ethernet cables to create a system link-like setup. The game takes care of the rest.
