I'm kind of skeptical about this. Certain games for Game Boy Advance (for example, Wario Ware: Twisted!) featured built-in accelerometers, much like those inside the Wii's controllers. However, these games were unplayable while traveling, as the accelerometers were unable to calibrate inside a moving vehicle. I would imagine that you would face the same problem with the Wii.
