Hey Dell, like many users I'll only buy a laptop with both a trackpad and pointing stick. If you're going to have a laptop this high-end you should really pay attention to user input preferences.
The very elite who do use the nipple have long since been ostracized to IBM/Lenovo ThinkPads. Apple has never included a pointing stick, and yet you don't see 1st posts along the lines of "pfft... no 1990-esque pointing stick so I'm not buying..."
