Accused child killer's alibi busted thanks to GPS

GPS systems that end up helping the fuzz track down the baddies are nothing new, and a recent case involving a Piscataway man has an inconspicuous tracking system to thank for solving a gruesome mystery. Reportedly, the culprit had informed police that he had taken a 12-year old babysitter to view horses on their way back to her domicile, but "accidentally backed over her" during the outing. Closer inspection of the GPS system -- which was installed just days earlier by his suspicious wife -- revealed that the "horse stop" lasted three hours, which led police to believe that the girl was "ran down" after trying to escape. Needless to say, murder charges have since replaced the comparatively minor accusations of "reckless endangerment" that he had previously been dealt.

Uhm, ever heard of innocent until proven guilty? perhaps he was did hit her by accident and was a bit confused as to what to do next, I know I would be a bit shaken and I could see the accusations fly after I reported it in advance.
And to assume 'he ran her down after trying to escape' seem a bit unwarranted without further evidence really, he ran her down with the rear of his car after all, that seems a bit unlike a murderer, and if he molested her in some way there would be physical evidence other than a GPS signal.

He was not showing her horses, he was in a car, alone, with a little girl for THREE HOURS, and then mysteriously "backed over her", he lied to the police, this shows he covered it up, he also lied about their whereabouts when it occured.

What an ass, because all the evidence blatantly points to the obvious conclusion, he lied, a girl is dead, he covered it up, so grow a brain.

Bottom line is that sure the police needs to investigate, but obviously there was no sign of foul play initially since the cops changed the charge, even though they had been on the scene and seen the body of the girl they saw no evidence of direct malice, indicating that clearly the case does not correlate to the sick imaginations of some of the people commenting here, nor to your fears and imagination.
Sure it is possible that they were enamored with each other, and that something embarrassing happened, but there was clearly no sign of rape or abuse, and such signs are damn hard to hide this day and age you know, and if he had actually abused her in some way he would have hidden the body and not called the police.
Just because he hides something doesn't mean it has to be what some sickos on the internet fantasize about.
As for the car being parked behind a barn, well guess what, when you go look at horses you don't go to the mall, you goto a freaking farm/stables.
And incidentally, you also leave footprints in the sand, another thing the cops can check.
I think that what you think is dependant on your nature and worldview, and on the evidence at hand, and on your willingness to observe that evidence.
Your willingness to defend a possible child murderer is what's unhealthy here, that and you being an ignorant teenager.
Who said they even investigated the possibility of rape? Or did an autopsy? Or even examined the body? They obviously did not, only when his alibi was called into question did they look, the police were obviously irresponsible in this situation.
Your defense of this possible child murderer and downplaying of the possibilities are sickening, why don't you go back to one of those sick Chans where you belong.
