If they really wanted to prove that there is no mod chip they should of inserted a burnt game in the ps2 without the memory card then showed us the ps2 red screen of death.
WDUK: I watched that video. They had the PS2 boot into the default BIOS menu, but they didn't try running one of the backup discs on it, so it's not possible to see if it did indeed get the "Red screen of death" on boot.
