This is stupid. I am suing Hyundai because my cupholder doesnt keep my drink cold. It is a feature! Removable battery is a feature. They knew it when they bought it. Now they are mad? There is a 1 year warranty that is free, if their batteries are dead then send it to apple. If they are not, then they should shut up. If they didnt want it. Then dont buy it.
//guy before me. – Hopefully this is seen as a frivolous case and there is already a precedent for those. Apple should counter-sue for time and money and put those @-holes on the street where they belong.
If Apple settled a similar case with the iPod then they're the stupid ones.
