Yeah but you're assuming it saves video in RAW which is ridiculous. My panasonic lumix (8MP) can record 848 x 480 video (0.4 megapixels) at 1.55 Mb/sec. The video image will save the frames as jpeg or something even more compressed. Multiply that up to 6 MP (x14.7) brings 22 Mb per sec which your Ducati Sandisk can handle easily. I agree that it's ridiculous amount of resolution and ridiculous amounts of storage but it may just be possible. I'm sceptical too but will keep an open mind until it's out.
I was wondering when someone was going to bring up not having a card that can keep up. (maybe) It had better have a hellagood buffer as well. I've only dealt with Casio PS so far, and it's near magic to get a clear picture off of one of those, regardless of settings. Hopefully this model doesn't suffer the same shortcomings. It would really suck to have a camera that can shoot at 60fps and every one of them blurry.
HP's Jon Rubenstein told us that his company wanted to veer in a new direction, and veer it surely did -- the HP Veer 4G will arguably be the smallest fully-functional smartphone on the market when it goes on sale May 15th.
